Romana’s Pilates is the school founded by Romana Kryzanowska (1923–2013), the direct disciple and official successor of Joseph Pilates, who entrusted her with preserving and passing on his original method.
The Romana’s Pilates certification is internationally recognized as the only one that truly represents and upholds the authentic Classical Pilates Method.
Today, the tradition continues under the leadership of Sari Mejia, Romana’s daughter and also a direct student of Joseph Pilates, ensuring the method is passed on with integrity to new generations of instructors.
