GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Dress Code

For hygiene and safety reasons, non-slip/Pilates socks are mandatory, as well as bringing a towel. A shower is available for our clients.
Wearing sportswear with zippers is prohibited, as it can damage the equipment.

2. Payment and Reservations

Classes can be paid in advance through our booking app, “BSPORT”.
BSPORT – 30/32 boulevard de Sébastopol, 75004 Paris – France

Individual and group classes last 55 minutes.

Packages of 10 classes are valid for 3 months from the date of the first session. After 3 months, any unused sessions will be considered lost and non-refundable (except in cases where a medical certificate is provided — in that case, the sessions may be postponed).

Packages of 20 classes are valid for 12 months from the date of the first session. After 7 months, any unused sessions will be considered lost and non-refundable (except in cases where a medical certificate is presented — in that case, the sessions may be rescheduled).

All purchases are non-refundable. The client is solely responsible for any decision to discontinue their subscription. However, if the client becomes unable to practice physical activity during the course of the package, sessions may be postponed only upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

3. Pregnancy

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, our studio does not accept pregnant women in group classes.
Our team kindly recommends attending prenatal or private sessions during pregnancy.

4. Cancellation Policy

To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, regardless of the reason.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the session will be fully charged.

5. Rates

Prices are according to the rates in effect at the time of subscription.

6. Tardiness

Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be made up, as it would interfere with subsequent classes. (Example: if someone arrives 10 minutes late, the session will be shortened accordingly.)

7. Liability and Incidents

Pilates Nations is not responsible for any damage — material, immaterial, or physical — resulting from the failure to follow safety instructions provided by our instructors.

We strongly recommend checking with your healthcare provider that you are fit to practice Pilates.
